Patrick was born into hospitality. With 20+ years of experience in the industry, Patrick has a proven track record of growing brands, optimizing the profitability of concepts, and driving organizational and operational change for new businesses.

Thomas uses his expertise in hospitality management to execute ROH’s vision and make it a reality.

Tyler Lavin
Experienced with international brands and hotel development, Tyler’s goal is to grow ROH’s development and hotel platform to infuse simple luxury into the hotel experience.

Laura Bacelli
With 10+ years in luxury hospitality, focusing on travel, lifestyle, and retail, Laura has developed an expertise in designing guest and client experiences.

Lynne Burns
As a 36-year senior retail executive veteran, Lynne has demonstrated excellence in driving revenue growth, reducing costs, and increasing operating efficiencies for ROH.

Daniel Orrison
Overseeing concept creation and business strategy for the organization, Daniel works with national leaders to develop, invest, and operate hospitality concepts across the country.

Michael Kraus
After his training at the Culinary Institute of America, Michael utilizes his culinary expertise to lead all culinary operations and kitchen development for ROH.

Ryan Gaudin
Ryan’s passion for service was formed working with Master Sommelier Ken Fredrickson. Now, Ryan heads the Beverage and Service programs for ROH.

Michael Wilcox
As an operations expert, Michael has overseen the openings of new locations for ROH and partnered with directors to develop a strong operational platform capable of rapid growth.

James Hughes
Our VP of Kitchen & Design, James has earned two Michelin stars and founded Pacific Kitchen Design, specializing in concepting, design, and project management.
